It was an Intensive Personal Self-Evaluation program created by author Nely Reyes , based on her own experience and transformation in the fight against obesity. She discovered that to begin a change in food and exercise, the first thing you need to understand is your mind. Why? Because the way you think and feel about food and exercise directly affects your decisions and, in the long term, your results. If you don't understand your thoughts and behavior patterns around food, those automatic habits can cause you to eat without hunger or choose foods that don't really nourish you. Also, if you have a negative association with exercise, you may have a hard time maintaining a consistent routine. Changing is not just about following a meal plan or exercising; it's about knowing yourself, being aware of your thoughts and how they influence your daily habits. We are what we think of ourselves, and this defines our actions. If you see yourself as a person capable of taking care of your body and mind, you will begin to make different decisions. The key to achieving real and sustainable change is in the connection between your mind and your actions.
